Kelsey is a multifunctional business and information technology executive with proven expertise in leading successful sales, information systems, telecommunications, and internet-based networking organizations. Strengths include a strong leadership model that blends the important conceptual business and technical leadership processes during periods of growth and restructuring. A unique ability to deliver high value technological solutions through motivated teams that enhance sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenues while reducing critical factors, such as costs associated with maintenance and error. His experience includes management and operational responsibility for global sales, marketing, technical services, product management and customer care organizations for high technology software and consumer service companies

Mr. Hill holds a MS from Nova Southeastern University; a BS in Business Administration from Marshall University and completed postgraduate studies in Management Information Systems at University of Miami.

Vice President & Senior Principal

Brian brings over 15 years of professional engineering and technical management experience in both information technology and mechanical engineering. As our Network Security Practice Director, he brings a diverse background including demonstrated skills and expertise developing local and wide area telecommunications network solutions, information security and assurance technology and policy development, as well as technical project leadership and management.

Mr. Fraize’s experience includes designing and implementing complex system security solutions for Federal, State, and Local law enforcement agencies.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science, Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland and is pursuing his Graduate Certificate Program in Information Security Management at George Washington University. He also has systems certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and Novell.

Brian’s practice area focuses on:
  • LAN, Campus, MAN and WAN security
  • Firewalls (Gauntlet, Raptor, PIX, CheckPoint, IP Tables),
  • IP Routing and switching – design and implementation,
  • VPN technologies, protocols, and applications
  • Security applications implementation on multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, Microsoft),
  • Comprehensive design and implementation of authentication and access control methodologies and applications (including PKI, Token systems, etc)

Vice President & Senior Principal

James has nearly 20 years of leadership experience with large corporate, small high-tech, and technology consulting companies focused on IT, telecommunications, networking, and electronic commerce. He is a results-oriented business leader with strengths in program management, strategic planning, product marketing/management, operational effectiveness, and customer relations. Mr. Naughton is skilled at effectively communicating to all organizational levels and translating complex technical topics into practical information for executives.

During his career, Mr. Naughton has held a number of senior leadership roles that include responsibility for a $120 million product portfolio, driving cross-functional team delivery of global Internet-based services, introduction of new business product lines, and leading Unix based software development teams. James has a long track record of exceeding customer expectations in Global 1000 and Federal Government environments.

Mr. Naughton received an M.S. degree with honors in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University. He is a graduate of the three-year GE Technical Leadership Program and the Electronic Commerce Technology Program at George Washington University.

Jim’s practice in the area of Enterprise Initiatives focuses on:
  • Analysis, definition, optimization, and refinement of new customer requirements.
  • Solution development guidance, milestone establishment/tracking, and issue resolution with providers and partners.
  • Evaluation and negotiation of business, technical, and price proposals.
  • Management of the new service and product introduction lifecycle.

Vice President

Brian Clary is a Vice President at Hill Associates, providing management and technology consulting and engineering services in commercial and federal government markets. Mr. Clary has over 15 years of professional experience leading cost efficient, high visibility initiatives across the service lifecycle from strategic development, service design, large-scale transition, operations, and continual service improvement.

Brian is a data-driven, results-oriented leader with proven experience with diverse organizational disciplines, which include merger, acquisition, and divesture specialization, international markets, strategic planning, contract and performance management, service management, and financial management.

Brian received a B.A. in Telecommunications from the Pennsylvania State University and holds ITIL and wireless management certifications.

Barbara has more than 18 years of experience as an information technology professional consultant and manager. She has worked in multiple industries including financial services, telecommunications, publishing, pharmaceutical and the public sector. Barbara has successfully managed complex software development projects, ERP implementations, and voice and network infrastructure implementations in a matrixed environment. She is results-oriented with an outstanding history of leveraging technical expertise to consistently provide highly effective global business solutions. She is proficient at collaborating with executives to ensure applications, systems infrastructure, and technologies add value to the business.

Barbara has a BS in Economics from Rutgers University and a MS in Systems Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
