IT Administrative Specialist

Hill Associates Corporation is seeking an IT Administrative Specialist to join our team supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in a large Washington, D.C. Cabinet-level Federal agency. The position will report to the consulting team’s federal client Executive. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our client’s daily requirements.

The administrative assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our client’s daily program by providing personalized and timely support to the executive member.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship.  The candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust suitability clearance.  

Remote-based work is currently supported due to COVID- 19. Candidates who live within the District, Maryland, and Virginia areas will be given priority. Candidates must be able to come into the office should a need arise.

  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of IT administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
