Meryl brings more than 15 years of business, change management, and human resources (HR) leadership experience from Government contracting, law firms and technology companies. Meryl has provided both internal and outsourced support, recruiting, benefit design, and employee complaint investigation services; strategic planning; change and project management; workplace dispute resolution; and social media support for leaders and businesses. Central to her work as a HR Practitioner is to partner with leaders at all levels to recruit and attract the best talent to meet challenges, which in turn maximizes success for both the organization and the individual. Meryl is a long standing active member of the SHRM – Society for Human Resources Management, and serves on several professional boards.
